Sleepwalk

Synopsis
In this dream play, Dillon meets his idol, world famous guitarist and band leader Rock Star. A month before the play begins, the rocker took his own life, and Dillon, who so idolized the rocker, went into a deep depression. Rock Star proclaims he has intruded upon Dillon’s dream convince Dillon not to take the same dark road. Rock Star challenges him to acknowledge the suicide note Dillon has written earlier but has not acted upon. But Dillon denies the note in his pocket, and thus begins an arduous journey into his own mind where he encounters his Conscience, Amygdala (the brain part that produces emotion), his Inner Child, a Zen Master, the Thought Police, and May Flowers, his best real-life friend. Dillon even attends his own funeral. The random collision of these forces in his head awaken Dillon’s joy of life and so helps Dillon emerge from the nightmare.
